Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First of all, I downloaded UPS APP and signed up by my phoneI didn't know about the setting until this thing happened! When I signed up, I didn't change any settingAfter I signed up, I never used this appI was also surprised UPS said I agree they could leave my packages at the door! Moreover, I asked UPS to prove they delivered my packages to my placeHowever, they could notThe driver could possibly deliver my packages to other place and left my packages to other people's placeSecond of all, I purchased almost $300, why did the merchant not provide insurance of my package? They kept saying I agreed UPS to release my package and it is all my responsibility! So where is the merchant's responsibility? Because they didn't buy the insurance for this package! They just want the customer to take all the responsibility$is not a lot for them, but it is a big amount for meIt is really not fair for me.Third of all, I called the ribbon retreat that the package is missing and asked if they can reship to me, but the owner refused and he also said it is impossible for them to refund meAfter that, I called the credit card company to investigate for meI didn't call my credit card company, but called them firstAfter they refused to reship or refund me, I talked to my credit card company!Lastly, when I received the shipping confirmation from ribbon retreat, they provided me a tracking link and it is sent by USPSThey made a mistake at the beginningWhy did they send an invalid tracking link to confuse me? They didn't even take it seriously! That is really ridiculousI am very disappointed about their replyI cannot get my money back since my package is lostRight now, this merchant is shirking their responsibility I haven't slept well and felt so depressed since this package was lostI cannot believe they said I lied and tried to get more money, and they even threatened me that they will contact other stores to ruin my reputation! Their threaten made me even more depressedThey should watch their languageAll I said is truthI had my police report about the missing package! Please see my attached filesI just want the justice!

This customer is not ta king responsibility for decision to have UPS leave the package at her door, and is possibly committing fraudShe signed up for the U PS My Choice program which allows her to track her packages.Within that program she can choose to have her packages left at her doorThis is not an automatic option that is chosen for herWe can prove that her package was sent quickly with her tracking numberBecause she chose to have her package left at the door and she did not insure the package, UPS will not cover itNow she is coming back to us and wants us to cover her orderWith close to $in her order we decided to do a little investigatingWe found that this customer has multiple shipments that have gone missing after U PS shows that they have been deliveredUPS is actually going to no longer allow shipments to her through them because they feel she is keeping the product and then getting refunded, or she processes a chargeback with the credit card companyAs for the package we sent to her, she has already processed a chargebackShe is also trying to get us to send the package again with the chargeback in place, so she will get close to $worth of product and not pay for any of itI personally believe that this customer is committing a massive amount of fraud, and is trying to get businesses to give into her or she will try and destroy their reputation online We have already had to address other online places where she has said negative things about our business The fact is she took control of the package the moment it was left at her doorstep per her request.We can prove delivery to her address.She is taking no responsibility for her decision to have UPS release her package at her doorstep And, if it is true that many other packages have mysteriously disappeared from off her doorstep and UPS feel she is not being truthful about itI must agree with UPS in believing this is nothing more than fraud
