Thank-you for giving me a chance to respond to [redacted]'s response to you. Mr. [redacted] said that my attorney had written him a letter and that he ([redacted]) had forwarded the letter to his attorney.
I enlisted the services of an attorney, [redacted] to send a letter to [redacted] and [redacted] after [redacted] stopped responding to my calls and text messages about re-scheduling Best 1 Construction's installation of the fence around my yard which I had already paid [redacted] and [redacted] to install. The letter asked [redacted]/Best 1 Construction to return the [redacted] I had paid, since they had broken all of the appointments they made to build the fence, and would not return my communications by phone, text, or mail about the fence.
Mr. [redacted] opinion was that [redacted] and [redacted] had no intention of building the fence but had strung me along, hoping I would forget the whole thing so they would not have to build the fence or refund the [redacted] I had paid them to build it. I was hoping Best 1 Construction would respond and refund my money after an attorney requested the refund, but neither [redacted], nor an attorney representing Best 1 Construction contacted me or my lawyer, [redacted] The letter was sent in four months ago, in October, 2016.
The contract between Best 1 Construction and myself, which I signed when I hired them to build a fence and paid them the [redacted] says that disputes must first be mediated through the Revdex.com before legal, court action may be pursued. When Mr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] failed to respond, after September 8, 2016, to any of my attempts to communicate with them, I contacted the Revdex.com Serving Northern Indiana with my complaint.
Thank-you for your help as I try to navigate this disappointing, confusing, and nerve-racking situation where I trusted [redacted] and [redacted], paid them [redacted] dollars, and they chose to be untrustworthy and dishonest with me by keeping the money I gave them but never even beginning to build the fence.
