*** *** I contacted the management about the draining system problemsIn order to get into my apartment I had to walk through the mud for the runoff would reach my front door and the only sidewalk would be caked with mudThere response was they have drainage problems and unfortunately I will just have to "deal with it" in the mean time they would send a maintenance person to evaluate the problemunfortunately they never came to evaluate nor correct the problemI feel I tried to make the management aware of this problem and nothing was done about it

that if resident failed to maintain upkeep (i.e.: stains, spots, tears, cleaning, etc.) we will charge for time & materials. The proposal from Carpet Warehouse states the following with regard to apartment #365 upon move out: 1. $25 steam clean (this is normal wear & tear no charge to resident) 2. $20 stretch & tuck living room (waived per resident request on 1/30/15) 3. $25 scrub Please see attached photos of the stains on the carpet upon move out. The scrub fee is to remove these additional stains that cannot be removed with a regular steam clean. If you have any questions or comments please feel free to contact me at the number listed below.
