I received the complaint today, and would like to give my response.  [redacted] came into the office to discuss the unauthorized dog, and she stated that the dog was an companion for her mother. I handed her a reasonable accommodation form as I would to any resident stating that the dog is...

a medical companion. Later that evening [redacted] came into the office stating that the doctor was not authorized to sign such a form, and I needed to take her word for it. I stated I couldn’t take her word for it, and would need the required documentation.  I would not take her word for it being that I follow Fair Housing guidelines and am always fair and consistent. On December 17, 2013 My district manager [redacted] spoke with [redacted] and told him that if they removed the pet the $500 would not be charged. We have taken care of all requests regarding the refrigerator. We have two request pertaining to the issue, and were addressed immediately. I’ve attached the completed work orders. If the refrigerator not working again they have not notified the office.   Thank you,[redacted]
