We received your letter dated January 4, regarding a complaint that was logged against Cambria Winery by Étta Michelle Bonot (Revdex.com Complaint ID #(1739.9020).Below is an outline of actions that occurred in relation to this complaintAlso included are copied of email conversations between the customer, [redacted] ***t, and [redacted] .The customer received the December wine club email notification on 11/stating we, Cambria Winery, were charging for our club shipmentOn 12/the customer was charged for their shipment as stated in the 11/email On 12/the customer called and said they wanted their shipment sent after the first of the yearCharge was immediately voided therefore resulting in a “pending” (but not completed) transaction.On 12/A [redacted] (the Cambria club coordinator), charged for the shipment that was to be shipping on 1/We ship through a fulfillment company so we need to get them all our shipping files in advance if a customer's specifics a certain date to ship.The customer then contacted A [redacted] upset that we had charged her on Dec 28” so we voided the order on the 23", Again, a void not a refund so the charge did not actually go throughThe customer contacted A [redacted] again on 12/saying our charge caused her overdraft fees and that we need to pay for thoseA [redacted] tried to explain that we had voided the order and that our charge was just pendingThe customer then provided bank statementsA [redacted] responded that it looked like the over charges that had made her account become negative were not due to us, but other businesses.As of today, she does not have the wine and we do not have any of her money.Please confirm receipt of these documents and respond with best next steps to resolve this matter.Regards,R [redacted]
