The vehicle came into our possession on July 24, There was interaction with, the debtor, a female adult and a child at the time the unit was picked upAny of those three should be witness that the vehicle did not start at the time we took possession of the truckThe truck was loaded and delivered to our office ad a detailed condition report was done that indicates that the unit would crank over but would not startThe photographs taken at the time of the condition report showed the gas gauge to read empty and the battery had powerThe truck was released to*** for delivery to the auction on July What if anything that occurred after release of the unit on the 26th is not part of this inquiry
Our agent that picked this unit up has been employed by our company for over yearsThis type complaint is rarely made against him or us, as a company, and we pickup thousands of vehicles each year

may have been certain miscommunication, however, she was left a message from our company before most of this transpiredThe lack of availability of her voice mail is a life circumstance that we understand but that we cannot be responsible for
The fiance company is our clientTheir cars are delivered to the auction as soon as they are processedApparently this situation occurred at a very efficient moment in operationsIt's not in our financial interest to deliver the vehicle to the auction quickly as our company would be entitled to additional storage charges for the storage services and not the auction in the event of a redemption
We have examined the process involved in this situation and find no organizational changes need be madeWhile we can all, always, do a better job, being kinder, gentler and nicer, we are all responsible for our life choices and circumstance that those choices lead us toWe apologized for any miscommunication and refunded the personal property storage fees out of an understanding of the frustration associated with the miscommunication, but with no legal obligation to do so
As a result of the complaint we will address communications at our next employee meeting
We decline to offer any payment for satisfaction of this matterHopefully we never have business dealings with the complainant againWe are engaged when bad things happenNot a lot positive flows from that experience except the knowledge to never put yourself in a position to become acquainted with our services
