Review: We selected the company to do the loading and unloading for our move of our household from [redacted] to [redacted] on August 29 2015. 1 experienced and 3 less or not experienced people were sent to do the job.

I understand that damages to furniture, walls and floors can happen and that any company offering those services has adequate insurance in place to cover such damages. However, we had damages from move on walls at both places and also some damaged furniture caused by the unprofessional loading of the van and probably by hitting the walls.

At payment I mentioned all the damages to the owner Roman and he assured that he will take care of all the damages. After a few days I could reach him by phone and asked him about the status. He mentioned that he will send somebody for the furniture and wood floor damages to [redacted] and take care himself about the wall damages at both places. After a couple of other calls he finally showed up in [redacted] (the prior location) and repaired the walls.

Since then nobody followed up with us on the furniture and floor/wall damages in the new place in [redacted]. I have requested insurance information from the owner but never received such.

To me this a very bad attitude and I would appreciate it if this company could comply with the agreement and commitment made to me.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate it if they would provide insurance information so that I can deal with the insurance directly. In the case that they don't have insurance I would prefer to get a vendor of my choice to do the necessary repairs. The past experience with all the none responses and not shown up is something, I don't want to go through again with this company.

Review: I ordered two U-boxes from [redacted] to be delivered & loaded on December 2, 2014 by The Right Choice

Multi-Services Pros. I paid $349.00 on October 29, 2014 to Right Choice. Order #[redacted]. The movers were

able to get my possessions in one U-Box. I have been trying to get $125.00 refund for the labor I paid for but

did not use. I have talked to a couple of individuals at Right Choice and they agree I should get a refund but

they do not have the power to do anything. [redacted] is the man to deal with. He will not answer my phone

calls. #[redacted].Desired Settlement: Refund $125.00 for labor not used.

Review: Upon moving into our home on April 30th we immediately noticed an extremely large number of nicks, scratches and gauges on our furniture, walls and newly refinished floors. Along with the damage many furniture pieces arrived very dirty. In fact we had to wash a sofa, chair & ottoman to remove the dirt & grease that night. Our mover The Right Choice was notified immediately. After hearing our complaints the owner of the company then ignored us and refused to return any calls. Due to our persistence we finally reached him he agreed to come & view the damage.Upon viewing the damage he apologized & said, "this should have never happened.We train our people to avoid mishaps like this and I'm truly sorry." With that he agreed to have a furniture refinisher come & repair the damaged furniture. After making that promise we have yet to hear from him. He refuses to take our calls and remains completely unreachable. We have had our painter touch up the damaged walls and the floor company fix the scratches on the floor. Both at our expense. Looking for restitution and some satisfaction we are reaching out to you for your help and/or intervention. In this way another family may be saved from this irresponsible behavior and shoddy business practices.
