The Right Light Photography

Review: I paid for Right Light Photography's "Photographer in Training Program" or "P.I.T. Program". The fee was $2000 and was supposed to be a 12 module course. I only received 11 modules. The introductory video for this program clearly states that if you are not satisfied with the program and you are not making more money as a photographer once you've completed the course assignments, the instructor will happily refund your money. I completed the course, with the exception of the 12th module which was never provided to me. I told the instructor twice that I did not get it. At this point in time, I was not satisfied with my experience with the course. Not only was I not making more money, I was actually making less than I had the previous year. I asked for a partial refund of $800 which I thought was more than fair considering the guarantees the program makes. My request for a refund was denied.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund I requested.
