This is Abby from The Right Look Hair Studio,LlcI did invisible braids on [redacted] on11/and 11/04/and was fully satisfied.when she called the appointment, I told her the kind of hair to get according to the hairstyle she told me she wantedI even told her to callwhen she is at the store if she is not sure of what to get..She went ahead and purchase this particular hair anyway stating that's the look she want.I told her the repercaution she might experience using that particular kind of hair depending on how well she takes care of itshe agreedWent ahead and do it Did came out good and she left fully satisfied only to call couple of days later she called stating that some of her braids were coming lose, told her to stop by which she didI then took my time and went over almost each braids just to make sure they are well secure for almost 21/hoursAgain she left very stratified only to received a text from client after a week that wants a full refund because the braids are coming loseI then called her to see what's going on, I then remained her of our initial conversation of what might happen with that particular hair if not taken care of the correct wayclient then ask for me to get original hair I have suggested and to do her hair all over again for freeI told her that this wouldn't be fair because would be like a total new hair do, so I suggested that she purchase the hair for $dollars and give me a least give me something to do a new hair style so that way we can break even, that's when her husband suddenly jump into the conversation and threaten to come for me.I then informed my family members immediately to be on the alert since I am usually by myself in the evening in my salonThey never show up that day but [redacted] called the following day stated that her husband is on his way for a refund, I told her I have no business with her husband or have any money for him, again he didn't show up only to received a complaint from Revdex.com.I tried to work with client because I truly care about my business because this is my only source of income to provide for my family, I have been in business for almost years and plus experience and have never encounter this type of situationAgain if client is willing to settle or work out something with out getting her husband involved I am more then will to resolved this matter once and for all as soon as possible [redacted] thank you for talking the time out to review my response to this complaint

I am rejecting this response because:Good Afternoon, please pardon my late reply regarding my issue with Right Look Studio. I have been dealing with a crisis concerning my teenage daughter, who is currently in the hospital and that is the only reason it took me a while to get back to you. Please accept my reply, as this issue has not been resolved yet. Attached are the photos that I was not able to attach to the complaint. The photos show exactly how that braids looked upon loosening from the roots before falling out and some of my natural  hair that came out due to the glue that was applied.

I would first like to begin by saying my Husband is the person who  literally put the money into Mrs. Abby hands as well as spoke to her twice during the process of me getting my hair done, therefore he has every right to be part of my complaint towards her service.  The only reason he intervened on the telephone conversation  was because I had him on speaker phone and he did not appreciate the tone that she was using with me in regards to her telling me that I must be crazy to think that she is going to do my hair again for free. Mrs. Abby never told me what type of hair to purchase. She did tell me to call her when I get to the hair store and she will help me pick out the right kind of hair.  I had called Mrs. Abby twice from the hair store when I went to puchase my hair. I recieved no answer either time. I spoke to the sales person and briefly informed them of my situation since most stores dont accept exchanges or refunds on hair products. The sales person said as long as I exchange it within the hour they will honor my request. Therefore I purchased the hair and went to the salon where Mrs. Abby was there. I told her I tried to call her and that is when she checked her phone and said that her lines werent transfered over and that is why she must have missed my call. My husband was still there (hes my transportation) waiting for me to let him know if we needed to go back and exchange the hair. Mrs. Abby immediately inspected the hair and said this is not what I prefer but I CAN USE IT. That was her moment when she should have told me that she could not braid or could not braidwith that type of hair (human hair) or at least tell me the exact kind of hair that she would prefer me to buy. And lets not forget when she told me to call my husband because we need him to go back to the store and buy the third pack of hair! There is no reason why my braids was disconnecting from the roots if braided properly with ANY kind of hair. Mrs. Abby keeps insisting that I pay her to do it over! Why would I sit in her chair again knowing the results I'm going to get?!!! She is forgetting that she is not the only one who had to sit for seven hours. She had everything to gain from this situatiion and I had to deal with the loss of money & time and to top that off with humiliation of my coworkers asking me why was I taking my braids out when I just got it done! Little did they know, I wasnt taking them out, They were falling out! Your website would not allow me to attach my photos, but I have them along with the after photos with all the hair that came out along with the glue that was applied to keep the braids in place??!! Regards,
