I hired the Right Move Movers to move me into my new home on July 4, Right from the beginning I was impressed with Gary who took my initial call and booked my move with me He was very thorough in answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable The actual move itself went better than I could have hoped for The movers were extremely polite and professional and took great care in wrapping all my furniture pieces in pads and wrapping to protect from scratches and bumps for the short travel of minutes between my old place to the new place I was moving to The weather that day was extremely hot and uncomfortable but that did not affect them in any way and they maintained a remarkable efficiency of moving every last piece of furniture and household good into it's appropriate spot in my new place I was totally impressed with my experience and would highly recommend them for any move I had whether it be large or smallMany thanks to Gary and his crew!

I used the Right Move Movers for my move this month (October)I thought they were amazing As soon as they arrived they were off and runningTim's team was quick, careful and did such a wonderful job plus they were great to be around Job well done

This "Business" failed for four days to have any xo tact with me to confirm my move, I E-Mailed and tried to call the week of my move attempting to confirmThere was no ability to leave a voicemail
I was forced to find other movers the DAY BEFOREHAND my move as I had not heard from "The Right Move" movers
I have now received several E-Mails threatening court action for costing him jobs as seen below:
Thank you for holding my days for over a month and then email me few hours before ...what was the reason for calling to confirm when I had it confirmed with you I have all the emails saved up and these were my mos busiest days my guys are very upset..I had said no to long distance jobs while you were confirmed which emails will proove
I lost over $in these days
will be filling a complaint in small claims or you need to compensate some of the loss

I moved after years from a bedroom house to another bedroom townhouse from Rosedale to Langley My worse experience with previous movers was one of the reasons I had my own family and friends arranged with a rental truck but a friend referred The Right move company you guys were greatThank you very much for the best move and the guys were very friendly , felt very comfortable around them, very professional, clean cut and very helpful as wellYou guys did wonderful job to stay with in my budget I will highly recommend you guys to everyone

I used this company for my recent move from a 3 bdrm townhome Langley to a house in South Surrey. We had a lot of stuff (2 young kids) and they did an amazing job. They were professional, friendly and hard working. They had my entire house loaded in 1.5 hrs! The total time from loading to finish was only 4.5 hours, compared to my normal 9-12 hours. Everything was wrapped and packed very well. nothing was damaged and they were very considerate of the hardwood floors and walls. Damien was a great team leader and went above and beyond in making it a great experience for us. They will be my first call for my next move.
