The A/C unit at this address had been inspected on 6/22/and 7/18/and found to be in good working order with a temperature in the home of After receiving the complaint in early August, our maintenance supervisor went over and was able to determine that there was a small leak in one of the

We are in receipt of your letter notifying us of the above referenced case number. Unfortunately, we did not receive the first letter.
There...
are notes in our system explaining what the situation was at the time of these conversations was 9/29/17. We are not aware of any phone call prior to this or have notes in our system, which is policy whenever a conversation such as this, takes place. Our staff would not have said, “ok” to a verbal notice. We would have given him further instructions to come in and sign a notice to vacate. It states in the prior management company’s leases, under paragraph 3, on the front page of the lease, that either party must give a 60-day written notice to be in compliance with their lease. This resident’s lease was signed on December 19th, 2016 and expires 10/18/17. He should have given notice on 8/18/17.
He did come in to the office on 9/29/17 and gave a hand-written notice and back-dated it for 9/27/17 stating he would be out on November 1st. We then explained the 60-day notice to him.
His apartment has NOT been rented yet, no one has moved in because he still resides in that apartment per our system. He has not turned in keys to us as of today. We are not trying to collect rent from two different renters as was stated.
Due to the circumstances, I would be willing to reduce the amount to be paid to one month’s rent for November 2017 instead of two that are required.
