Waited hours to check in and get into roomCheck in was 4pm and did not get into room until after 4:I travel at least 3-times a month for work and have never had an experience like this at a hotelHorrible service at pool, beach and restaurantsRoom cleaning didn't come days of our stay (no sign on door)
