All Safe Chimney Sweep is a knowledgeable professional company that truly cares about the safety of you home and family They fully understand the business and with the owner being a former fireman, the work is through and complete; not to mention clean They have cleaned my chimneys and installed a stove pipe extension If you have not had you chimney cleaned in some time & you want to prevent a possible chimney fire, call these guys they are fantastic!

On October 31st All Safe came out to my home just to do a Chimney sweep After the wonderful technician was done cleaning everything he made me aware of the dangers within our flutes Our gas heating system was exhausted from one the flutes in the chimney The inside of the flute was horribly damaged and possibly leaking carbon monoxide into our home The technician immediately contacted the owner xxxxx xxxxx called me with his concerns His main problem with everything is that I have a year old child in a home where carbon monoxide could be leaking and a majorly dangerous situation for our family I explained to xxxxx that we were renting He did the right thing by contacting my property manager to get the issue resolved I couldn't be more happy with the service and dedication to my family's safety xxxxx and his company went above and beyond the services I requested I will forever be thankful to him and his company for his help in keeping me and my family safe I would recommend All Safe Chimney Sweeps for all your Chimney care and safety I was so thrilled and satisfied with my experience that I requested business cards for the company so I can recommend them to my friends and family A+++++++

I do not recommend using All-Safe Chimney Sweeps We need our chimney cleaned and some fireplace replacement parts installed The company said they could do all of the work We made an appointment for a few weeks out They called the day before the appointment, said it was a person job and their helper was sick, and they needed to reschedule We rescheduled for another few weeks out On the morning of the appointment, technicians were to arrive between 8:00am-8:30am They called around 9:45am, said they were running late, and they would be here soon Technician also said his helper called in sick, so he could only do part of the job Then technician said they could only clean chimney, that they could not install replacement parts (even with helper) He also acted like he didn't even want to clean our chimney Very frustrating and unprofessional We've wasted more than a month waiting on this company

The reservation referenced in this complaint was never madeThe contract for our July * dinner was sent out to the guest, but due to a misunderstanding about our cancellation policy the
reservation was never made, and the guest was never chargedThe guest misunderstood our policy for special event cancellationsWe take a nonrefundable deposit to hold a space for the guestThe guest can cancel provided we have more than hours prior to July 4th and avoid being charged the full amount of the dinnerThe deposit is not refundable once it is processed, and guests who do not show up or decide to cancel with less than hours notice are charged the full price for the eventIn this case the guest wanted the deposit returned if he cancelled, and that is never our policy

I would recommend Allsafe Chimney Sweep to anyone needing Chimney cleaning or dryer vent cleaning. We have used them several times and they come in and are very neat and clean. They also point out any issues that your chimney may have such as loose or cracked liner, roof flashing problems etc.

After a negative experience with Alpine Air I was pleasantly surprised with the honesty and professionalism of All-Safe. I will definitely be a return customer!

I just wanted to say that I hired Allsafe chimney sweeps to come and clean out my Woodstove and chimney and they r the absolute best company to call and hire they did an awesome job I would hire them again

Review: I purchased a gift certificate from the river cafe for my boyfriends birthday in oct. 2012. For 250 dollars .....I was issued a gift certificate and I have it in my possession. We are now being told it is not valid until they charge account. I am in awe about this ...I was looking forward for them to open again to be able to use the 250 dollar gift certificate.

They are stating they never charged me. I purchased it 2 years ago as a gift for another person...and I have the certificate.

This is unacceptable...and would like you to please resolve.
