***) against my businessHere is my response to the complaint: We are a small family owned seasonal Bed and Breakfast located in Drake, in the heart of the Big Thompson CanyonOur season every year is late-May through mid-OctoberDuring the off-season we are not staffed to return voicemails and emails on a daily basisDuring the off-season, our website is equipped to take reservations from customers with their credit cards onlineThe customer who filed the complaint made a reservation on-line on Thursday, April 27, and filed a complaint days later on May 1, I did not know she filed a complaint until today when I went through my mail and found the letter from the Revdex.comAs I explained, in the off-season we are not staffed to keep up with a lot of voicemails and emails on a daily basis, but we do eventually get to and respond to our correspondenceThe refund was processed on Thursday, May 4, at a.m., which was as soon as I was aware of the problemI'm sorry this customer had a bad experience with the delay in processing the refund, however please keep in mind that we did process her refund a week after the initial request to cancel, which is not unreasonable I believe.
