his rental application and paid the associated feesOctober 8, 2015: The
properties at Tobacco Row started an October leasing special for all
applications submitted that day and throughout the duration of the month
October 14, 2015: Mr*** entered into a lease agreementThe promotional
offer was intended to run between October 8, and October 31, More
importantly, the offer was intended to only apply to individuals who submitted
a rental application between the above timeframeThe central purpose of the
promotion was to create interest in the property and entice potential renters
to apply for housingIt was not intended for individuals who were already
interested in housing and submitted a rental applicationIn order to provide
the best customer service, the promotion will be applied to himWe hope this

Review: The company had a promotion advertised at the time of my purchase/lease signing that they refused to give to me on the basis that if they did it for me they would have to do it for everyone. That is the purpose of the promotion that they have to give it to everyone that it states.Desired Settlement: A fair business advertisement and promotion practice.
