Review: I have multiple complaints regarding this facility, the program director smokes in his office (violating state law), but most of all the complaint of unsanitary conditions and not treating their clients with dignity and respect. The mens bathroom shower was not cleaned for 3 days straight when I brought it to their attention they blamed it on a client. The responsibility falls on them because an employee signs off attesting that that client has done the above chore (clean bath room).The company posts a sign stating its core values and mission is to treat all of their customers with dignity and respect. They do not. There was a midnight shift employee by the name of [redacted] who had no respect or regard for me when I was there. When I would ask him something he would not respond verbally, he would point. Twice I said "good morning" he never responded nor ever made eye contact, not once ever acknowledging me as a client/customer. When I brought the above complaint to [redacted]s attention the lead tech, I explained that [redacted]s lack of respect and not even acknowledging me made me feel unwelcome, undignified and uncomfortable. His response/comment made me feel even worse so you mean to tell me that if [redacted]smiles at you it will make you recover? Very sarcastically! My third day there was my birthday and some of the staff (they are not all bad) gave me some balloons and a birthday card. It was very kind of them, it even made me forget all the above. That is until I opened the card and read what one of the other clients had written. "You sexy stud! You will get your surprise in the showers tonight. Oh did I feel humiliated and terrified. Did I admit myself to a clinic or am I in a penetetiary.I participated in my first one step group session with the female lead tech [redacted]s counterpart. I was never instructed on how the proceedings of the session are or how to respond afterward to whoever is doing their first step. When I did answer apparently it was not answered correct and she made it point to correct me in front of everyone. It was humiliating. I walked out and would not recommend it to anyone!Desired Settlement: I would like you to investigate my complaint, and change their A rating. They do not deserve it and by you posting it, it deceives customer like me that trust in your accreditation. I want a refund for the remainder of the days that services were not rendered. I paid a $500 deductible and $ 500 for a 30 day service. I was only there 5 nights
