The River Source

Review: My son, [redacted], was a patient at River Source from 3/25/2013 to 3/29/2013. I paid the $2500.00 fee when he was admitted. I do have medical power of attorney for [redacted]. I have made numerous attempts to get an explanation of charges / invoice so that I can submitt it to [redacted]'s insurance company for reimbursement. [redacted] has also contacted them numerous time. We have both talked to [redacted] (###-###-####) who tells us that she will get it in the mail, she will fax it, she will efax it, but never follows through. It has been seven months of requesting an explanation / invoice for services paid for.Desired Settlement: We would like the explanation / invoice that should have been sent seven months ago.

We do not dispute the fees at all. Our time to submit the charges to Kaiser is running out.
