Review: I was at the roadhouse tonight and was playing with a friend by throwing napkins at my friend who was in the same group as me when a bouncer came and said to stop so I did. Ten went I went on the dance floor, I grabbed a napkin for my running nose, the bouncer reappeared to tell me I was kicked out. He grabbed another girl to escort me out. For some reason, I did not throw the napkin but he said I had to leave. I am not sure why because I did not throw the napkin at anyone in the bar. I was not intoxicated like the people I saw falling all over the bathrooms at the bar. I was just being silly with my friends. I don't know why as being an asian girl weighing 90 lbs would needs two people to escort her out for some minor issue at the bar that was not violating any body rights there. I find it strange that the one of maybe two minorities would be asked to leave for something as minor as what I was doing. Please help me understand what went wrong here tonight as I am An educated citizen of this country who can't seem to grasp what went on tonight with me being treated liked some criminal on my first visit of this place.Desired Settlement: Apology and explain action on the actions that occurred today. Why was I targeted and watched the whole night and not given the opportunity to explain myself and what went on tonight.

My name is [redacted] and I am the General Manager at the Roadhouse and 1 am responding to incident #9512879. We are a high volume nightclub and on a Friday or Saturday night we deal with many customer issues. Upon receiving this letter I met with my Security team to learn details of this incident. We also track all incidents on a log sheet so I visited this as well to collect further information. Both the log sheet and the Security members who dealt with the issue reported as followed. Customer was asked on three different occasions by two different Security members to stop throwing napkins on the floor. Customer then proceeded to throw napkins while on the dance floor. It was at this point that she was asked to leave. Upon being asked to leave, customer was rude and flipped off Security staff. Customer closed her bar tab, then left at the request of the bartender and was not escorted out.

In lieu of the collected information, I believe that my staff was justified in their decision to ask the customer to leave. However, on behalf of the Roadhouse I apologize if the customer felt discriminated against or did not understand why she was being asked to leave. I have many minorities on my staff and can assure you that the customer was not targeted due to race. The customers actions were disrupting others in the bar and creating a mess and the situation would have been handled in the same manner had it been any other customer that night. In no way shape or form does this incident mean that the customer is not allowed to come back to the Roadhouse, she was just asked to leave for that night.
