Review: I WAS BILLED WITH A RECURRING PAYMENT OF $ 370 PER MONTH FOR TWO CHILDREN'S MUSIC LESSONS. I CANCELLED AFTER 4 WKS AND CONTINUED TO BE CHARGED 11 PAYMENTS AT $ 370 EACH. I CALLED 23 TIMES AND LEFT MESSAGES, SPOKE WITH [redacted] REGARDING MATTER AND WAS CREDITED $ 1480 AND TOLD I WOULD BE CREDITED THE ADDITIONAL FUNDS THE FOLLOWING MONTH. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. I STOPPED BY THE BELLMORE LOCATION 3 TIMES AND SPOKE WITH THE [redacted] WHO TOOK MY INFORMATION DOWN AGAIN FOR [redacted].Desired Settlement: I WANT A REFUND OF AN ADDITIONAL $ 1480 TO MY CREDIT CARD THEY HAVE ON FILE. [redacted] is a former customer whose children attended our music school for 3 months. The customers monthly tuition was $370.00 ($185 per child per month) for both children. Her account was erroneously billed in err for 8 months due to our administrators failure to remove [redacted]'s account from our monthly auto billing system. When [redacted] brought this to our attention, we immediately credited her back $1480.00 or 4 months tuition ($370 x 4). This was half of the disputed amount. We recently switched our internal book keeping systems, and, up to this point, we only had the ability to go back 4 months electronically, which was immediately credited.

Upon reviewing [redacted]'s account, we were able to determine that [redacted] was in fact due back 8 months tuition or $2960.

$1480 was refunded immediately when this was brought to our attention.

$570 was refunded in April of 2014

$910 was refunded in May of 2014

I am in fact still owed one month's tuition for my son $ 185.00 and one full month $ 370.00 and an additional $ 118.40 in interest. Total of $ 673.40
