Mr*** has worked with our 3rd party consumer group previously (The Jay Group "TJG"). TJG has followed up with Mr*** in attempt to resolved this...Please see attached email TJG sent Mr*** today..regarding different replacement pairs we have available to

I spoke with Rockport on 12/1/2016, not 11/21.  They told me that order # [redacted] was being processed.  Since they have not fulfilled any promises so far, I cannot accept their response until I actually receive the product.
