Not happy at all There are many concerns, but I will only touch on one Im in the process of hiring another company to fix the damage done to our backyard They didn't repair our yard after construction of our patio/wall Our drainage comes out the top of the yard (which is on a hill), down the middle causing a mud ravine during each rain When I expressed concern the response was 'you had a budget' A professional should educate the consumer on appropriate placement of drainage That was not done Funny, our budget was not mentioned when I asked to enlarge the patio We received a lot of excuses, all that made us feel like it was OUR fault We are middle class, of course we have a budget, but we also have expectations My expectation for a 3ft wall (approx 9ft) costing $is safe The wall began to fall over and lean into our deck The stones could be removed easily Took two times to glue and fix and there are gaps and different size stones
Company Terrible! Showed up talking bad about the irrigation co that was putting a system in across the street ( unprofessionalism right away)we have had the worst experience with this company & Owner- *** (never experienced anything like this before) We had large holes and PVC left there for months? Not to mention I called him to do the system weeks prior to coming out that he could have ordered the water meter Then? We contacted them several times- the owner was very curt and unprofessional (saying awful remarks to us)We finally got our irrigation system installed (at the end of Fall) we couldn't use it because it was too late in seasonWe called for a "start up" apsaid it was easy and we could do tried but couldn'tHe told us "I guess you weren't listening when I explained it -so it's user error." made appt- never showed (no call)Came finally and left the sprinkler on saturated our lawn-had to turn main valve off- so bad!!!
