Dear [redacted] I am very, very sorry that you did not receive the email and gift certificate I sent on Dec15th, as soon as I heard about the issue you had at our location It is forwarded here belowSadly, I did not have an “and” in the email address Though this was almost three weeks ago, you never knew I tried to reach out personally to apologize, and make this right After receiving the complaint you lodged with the Revdex.com, I am copying them on this exchange as well.As I stated in my original email, my staff did their best to work with you on your order, but there was some genuine confusion on how they could serve you Several of my store leaders were involved in this interaction, and though mistakes may have been made by my them, I know they genuinely wanted to serve you well It was not out of malice that they cut your pizzas, but out of a genuine misunderstanding There was genuine confusion from my staff on when you wanted to pick your pizza up and whether you wanted it fully cooked or not I have had multiple conversations with my team, and they all feel very bad that you left upsetI am not sure what price you were quoted in terms of price, but again, we charged you the menu price for your food I offered you a gift certificate (forwarded below), as a token of our genuine concern for you as a customer I also offered to review your order I can tell you that a 7-topping pizza will most likely always end up in the high $20s or $30s We have some “deals” on specialty pizzas, and we offer a great price on a 4-topping pizza on our menu (Big Boom and Grand Finale) If you would like me to make it $instead of $10, I’d be happy to At this point, clearly you feel like we did not care about your concern, nor that we contacted you Please forgive us for having the wrong email address, and please know we are genuinely sorry this happened.If you would like me to call you to discuss any of this, I am happy to Can I reach you at 414-355-5646?I am sorry this happened.Sincerely, [redacted]
