The Roof & Driveway Medics

Review: I contacted this roof on Craigslist. He came out and gave me an estimate to repair my roof. I agreed to this price on 5/17/15. Once he came out with his crew to repair my roof, he claimed there was extra damage to my roof and charged an additional $1,000.00. I was in desperate need to get the roof fixed before it rained again, so I agreed. He sent me the estimate and repair bill with a 5 year warranty. Once it rained again, my roof was still leaking I the same spot. I called Chris, the owner several times. He told me was on vacation and would be back that week to fix it. Contacted him again, he extended his vacation and would fix when he came back. It was raining like crazy for the month of June, so my roof was still leaking extending the damage in my spare room. He finally said he would come out and fix it, but his ladder was broken. He found another ladder, claimed it was another hole, and leaves in the gutter and it was fixed. The next day, it rained again and the rain came right thru the ceiling again. I called him again, he said it had not dried enough and should be ok. Well, it did not rain again until last week, and it is still leaking. I am tired of calling this man over and over again for repairs. I cannot complete the room repairs until the roof is fixed. I have to submit all repairs to the insurance company by the end of OCT 2015. This is how long this crap has been going on. I just want my roof fixed or my money back!Desired Settlement: I would like my roof fixed once and for all, and quit telling me you are coming out, but don't come. You could not wait to come to my house to pickup my $2,000.00, but now that he has my money, I have to keep waiting until he texts me back or keep saying he is coming. If he cannot repair my roof, at least give me some of my money back.

Review: Over charging for repair of roof. And because it took 3 days for them to even start the job. They tarped the roof each night. A storm created damage in my living room and created additional expense. Which I had to pay for and told them of the problem for them to pay with no response on their part.Desired Settlement: For the company to pay for all damages
