The Roof Experts

I am writing this review (opinion) because I was surprised that although listed on the Revdex.com website as an A+ company since 2011, no one has done a review on them As part of my research I always look at the Revdex.com first I also google the company's name that I am researching since I want to read as many reviews as possible realizing that there are many fake reviews, so as a consumer we have to get as many resources as possible as far as reviews go Since I had some warranty work done by my solar company who damaged and cracked or so concrete tiles, I knew the approximate cost of replacing tiles At the end of August I decided on The Roof Experts to repair a leak we had detected from the downpour we had a couple of months ago Jeff the owner came out and inspected the roof, and lo and behold, I recognized the exact same tiles that the solar company paid the other roofer to fix They had simply glued the tiles together which I knew to be the cheap way to fix things and is really only a temporary fix I discussed with Jeff my concerns over a couple of the star reviews posted on Yelp and part of his offer was a year warranty on the work that they performed against leaks, a year warranty on any leaks for the entire roof, and free maintenance inspection if I had any other contractors that needed to perform any work on the roof My work was performed on Sep 5th, and everyone I came in contact with was professional and were great at what they did Jeff the owner I deemed trustworthy, [redacted] the office manager very efficient and an excellent communicator, and [redacted] and [redacted] the repair team to be knowledgeable and very thorough They even took post pictures of all of the areas they worked on I am retired, but worked as a general manager in the supermarket industry here in San Diego for years, and I have to say this company has definitely earned their A+ rating Perhaps the few negative ratings I read were written by their competitors At least I found their reviews were contrary to the multitude of star reviews and the Revdex.com's rating that I used to select this company

We spoke to this customer at the beginning of last week, we told her that we would be happy to come out and inspect the leaking area and make repairs as neededWe did inform her that we were seasonally busy and that we would be working on finding a time and date to get this taken care of for her
She was agreeable to this over the phoneWe did go out yesterday 10/19/to make the repairs at no charge to ***She requested an email follexplaining the problem and the measures taken to remedy the situationI sent this email to her yesterdayI hope this resolves the matterIf you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call at (760) 670- Thanks
