We re roofed half of the roof (2nd layer) in Last year the Hamburg area received several feet of snow We were swamped with these type of calls and responded as soon as possible Ice and snow sliding off the roof caused a leak around a plumbing vent pipe The
boot had torn which was obvious and we thought repairing it would fix the leak When it still leaked, we went over to look at it and assessed that the pipe itself had broken down inside We visited her house times to resolve the issue and did it free of charge The final repair was done before we received the complaint
