We are in contact with the homeowner waiting on the check from the mortgage company We have explained to the customer that once this payment has been received that we can proceed with the work completion so that we can meet the deadline of the end of the month of April We have agreed to contact him verbally and not in writing via text or email As for the upgrade on the shingles Mr [redacted] has been reminded that we agreed to use line items towards his upgrade so that he would not be paying for the upgrade out of his pocket

Regarding the A/C...There is nothing in my contract showing I requested updated singles either It was verbalize to Brandon and Rick that I wanted the HD shingles and the work done to the a.c Again, this type of lack of communication and poor record keeping is what's frustrating me

As discussed with the customer several times that we would need payment for the repairs that we have completed to move forward on the interior.  All mortgage papers have been submitted to mortgage company in exception to one mechanic lein waiver that was not in the original package that the...
