I reject this offerThere were over people with me that night some of which were friends of friends and it is nearly impossible to gather every single receipt from everyone to prove that drinks where purchased from the barCash or credit it is simply impossiblePlease see attached additional receipts that were recently sent to me yet again proving drinks were purchased from the barThe fact that the roof has agreed to refund me the sum total of the receipts previously provided shows that they do agree they are at faultThe fact also remains that I did not agree in no shape or form to a beverage minimumAccording to the roofs website a contract is needed and singed to secure a couch with a beverage minimum prior to arrivalPlease provide such contractI demand a full refund for monies owedIf the roof refuses I shall file a claim in small claims court .

closing out her tab, she only wanted to pay for the drinks that were ordered, $752, instead of the $1,000 which was previously agreed upon.
