I want to give a 5 stars to the owner of this company for customer service. I had my patio roof replaced yesterday but I was not happy with the quality of work. I called the owner to let them know. She came to my house to check and agreed with me that the job was done incompletely. She asked her staff to fix & made sure all the work done correctly. She also asked the manufacturer's representative come in to check if the work was done right and the material warranty will be provided. She also increased the workmanship warranty. I am very satisfied with the service and would recommend her company to people who need the roof repaired/replaced/installed.

I have had four repairs to my roof, each in a different location by The Roofing Company. Each time the leak stopped. Each time the price was fair, the time for the work to be done was prompt. I don't know what more I can say, but I would heartily recommend this organization. I have cement tiles with felt (tarpaper) under them and the felt deteriorates over the years. It is the WORST of roofs, but happily I think the Roofing Co. is the best of roofers! Thank you, especially [redacted].

I contacted the roofing company approximately two weeks ago regarding the need for an Estimate at my office. I was contacted by Silvia on Friday 1/22/16 confirming that Shane the Estimator would be at my Business between 8-12 on 1/25/16 to provide a quote for repairing my walk deck.

I waited until 1 pm on 1/25/16 and Shane was a no call no show. I contacted the roofing companies office at 7:30 am and ask why no one showed. I was told give me a couple minutes and I will call you back (i received no call back). I placed another call to the company at 8:30 and was told I had to talk to Silvia, when I finally reached Silvia she had no answers for me and said she would get back to me. I called again at 10:30 asking to speak to the owner (was told she would be back in twenty minutes or so (no call back)). I called again at 2:30 still no answers, still no return calls.

I have moved on but for a business who's success or failure revolves around customer service. they have failed!

I must say I LOVE the new roof across the road. I didn't think my view could be improved but it has been! Well done , your roofer guys, what a great job! Well Done! They are so professional. I could see they were so particular and tidy about everything. I was impressed about their professionalism, it's hard to find workers like that! you must be a good employer is all I can say, Well done YOU!

I became aware of problems on my roof so our ins adjuster came out & told me what needed to be done and the probable cost. I contacted The Roofing Company -- [redacted] came out promptly & his cost was less than what my ins. adjustor had said! He also highlighted a separate issue on the patio roof he suggested we could 'do ourselves' to Save Money! The repair work on the main roof was done promptly the very next morning. A smooth operation with a great representative to quote the job. I am very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to use them again if necessary!

I just had one of the most pleasant experiences with The Roofing Company here in Mesa. Leah, Sylvia in the office were great and extremely helpful in getting exact information so that my insurance provider gave me the best possible coverage. In fact, the insurance estimator had mis-measured and under priced the job and with the help of everyone at The Roofing Company I was able to get it corrected and receive a fair disbursement. Shane and his crew did a great job matching the new and old materials and the site was completely cleaned up and presentable when I arrived home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know or to use them again for any roof repair or re-roofing needs!

We have worked with The Roofing Company for years. They do an excellent job at roof repairs. They are quick to respond, and they do the work in a very timely manner and guarantee their work. We wouldn't use any other roofing company. We highly recommend them.

When we first set up our appointment, we confirmed the date and time with the receptionist before hanging up. Needless to say, this was useless. They showed up on a day when we weren't even home. When my husband arrived home, a bill was on our front door.

He called and asked how can we be sure the work was even done.

Fast forward....leaking in the "fixed" area, three voice mails left to their company, and no call back to fix the issue.

This company does not stand by their work. If they did, this negative review would never have been posted. I think that reaching out to them three times is more than enough effort on our part.

An honest and professional company. I would not hesitate to
