Review: I have been trying to contact [redacted] of the Roofing Group since November 30th 2013. (job completed 10/11/13) No response. Left messages Nov. 4 & 30 - Dec 9- 2013, Jan 6,13,20,21,22,24,2014. He promised to drop off extra bundle of shingles when job was completed. He also said the job would be registered with [redacted] for lifetime waranttee plus 1 forwarding owner from [redacted] and we would get it in the mail directly from [redacted] within two months. Have not received it and I checked with [redacted] and they said the Roofer had to register the job and it has not been registered yet.Also contract said All workmanship is guaranteed for 7 years. If I cannot get a simple call back now - how can I expect a call back if ever needed in the next seven years? Never mind the future owner!Desired Settlement: Call back and what he promised us to be fulfilled.
