On Saturday (5/5/2018)I went to (Rookxraven tattoo creative)for the purpose of having a tattoo put on my right upper armI showed a photo of the tattoo I wanted to one of the employees who was to put the tattoo on my armafter he looked at the photo he assured me that the tattoo could be put on my armI left a $deposit and made an appointment for (5/8/@ 1:00/pm to have the tattoo doneI arrived at the appointment as scheduled on 5/8/At that time I was informed that the tattoo I wanted put on my arm would be cluttered and would not look right.I asked why wasn't I informed of this when I showed him the photo on Saturday, before I paid the deposit and made an appointmentHe said something about there was some sort of work up he had to do before he knew it would not work
I was asked if I would like to altered the tattoo to make it workI declined to make any changes to the tattooI asked that my deposit be refunded and it was refusedstating that the deposit w
