THE REGISTRATION WAS SENT TO [redacted] DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SALE BUT REJECTED IT WAS RE SENT TO [redacted] AND HAS BEEN REGISTERED ON JUNE ***.THE CUSTOMER REQUESTED THIS COMMERCIAL VEHICLE TO BE MODIFIED FOR PERSONAL USETHIS REQUIRED THE DEALERSHIP TO BRING THE VAN TO OUTSIDE VENDORS TO INSTALL A SEAT AND A SPECIAL WINDOW WHICH IS WHY THE CAR WAS NOT RECEIVED BY HIM THE SAME DAY AS HE SIGNED THE PAPERWORK.HIS REBATE WAS APPLIED TO HIS SALE OF THE CARITS LISTED ON HIS BILL OF SALE.THE WARRANTIES HE IS SPEAKING OF ARE NOT FOR SPECIAL KEYS, ITS FOR KEY REPLACEMENT IF HE SHOULD LOSE OR BREAK HIS KEYSTHE REPLACEMENT KEYS FOR THESE VEHICLES ARE EXPENSIVE.THE TIRE WARRANTY IS FOR DAMAGES TO A TIRE IF IT IS UN REPAIRABLE AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACEDAS WELL AS THE RIMS OF THE VEHICLE

WE HAVE MADE NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THIS CUSTOMER ABOUT HIS COMPLAINT AND WE HAVE YET BEEN ABLE TO GET THEM ON THE PHONE.PLEASE HAVE THE CUSTOMER CALL THE DEALERSHIP AT [redacted] AND ASK FOR OUR NEW SERVICE MANAGER WILLIAM R***

I took delivery on a sentra on march ***I unknowingly signed for a 5yr tire and wheel protection plan (#***)...I say unknowingly because I knew nothing about it til I got the invoice a week laterI requested a cancellation and refund on April *I requested info/update may **...the *** *** said he must have "misplaced" it and filed it againI was told repeatedly by the *** *** (I had been on the phone with him pretty much once a week in may & june) that it was "done" and that I would see the cost subtracted from the payoff balance on my statement from Nissan Finance CorpThis is a continuation of a previous complaint (#***)...it was obviously a mistake on my part to close it and I will not close this until the full amount ($plus sales tax) is refunded to meThis has gone on for an unconscionably long time and I am fed up already. I want legacy nissan to acknowledge that they DO actually owe me this money

please contact this customerhis problem has been resolved and he has also sent a "thank you" text to our General manager which I have forwarded to *** ***

THIS CUSTOMERS VEHICLE WAS BROUGHT OVER TO EAST HILLS SUBARU TO BE DIAGNOSEDTHE CUSTOMER KNEW WE TOOK THIS CAR THERE, CALLED THE DEALERSHIP OVER AND OVER AGAIN SO BADLY THAT THE DEALERSHIP GAVE US BACK THE CAR AND WOULD NOT WORK ON IT BECAUSE OF THE CUSTOMERS CALLS.WE HAVE BROUGHT THE CAR TO
ANOTHER SUBARU DEALER (NAME NOT BEING DISCLOSED) AND WE SHOULD HAVE AN ANSWER SOMETIME THIS WEEK. THE CUSTOMER IS IN ONE OF OUR LOANER CARS UNTIL THE PROBLEM IS RESOLVED AND HAS BEEN IN A LOANER SINCE DAY ONE

THIS CUSTOMER HAS ALREADY BEEN GIVEN HIS REFUND FOR THE EXTENDED WARRANTY THAT HE PURCHASEDOUR CHECK #*** FOR $DATED 6/**/15.WE HAVE SENT THE CANCELLATION FOR THE TIRE AND WHEEL WARRANTY TO THE COMPANY ITSELF AND ARE JUST WAITING FOR THEM TO REFUND US THE MONEY
