First, I received no notice of this complaintAs noted on our web site, we were hit by a server attack lasting months that swamped our e-mail systemsWe did our best to handle things via phoneSecond, the order record indicates that we were able to communicate with Mrs [redacted] , the requested changes were made to her order, and it was completed and shipped many months agoI just attempted to call [redacted] to confirm this but there was no answerIf I am incorrect there I will be happy to replace or refund her orderFinally, though most out of stock conditions do only last a few days, we are very clear (painfully clear) that sometimes they can carry on and we don't have control over thatI apologize for the delay on this order and the difficulty in communicationsWe are working to improve these issuesSincerely,Seth M***The Rosary Shop

First, I apologize for any failure on my part hereThe reality is that we received two orders from the customerPayment was applied to one and the other (assumed duplicate) order was canceledThe customer ordered an electronic file of kneeler plans we created hereThese were sent to him on Nov 27, (the order he is referring to is the second, duplicate one he placed)I dated have a copy of the outgoing messageIn any event, I will go and send it a second time right now just to make sure that he receives itBest wishes,Seth M***

In regards to above referenced complaint,
apparently once they received notification from the Revdex.com, The Rosary Shop immediately shipped my orderI received said order today, Thursday, May 26,
I suppose that completes the transaction but there is still the question in my mind
of, How long would this have gone on had I not filed a formal complaint? How was it they were able to immediately ship my order once they received the Revdex.com Complaint? If it was ready and paid for a month and a half ago, why was it not shipped then?
I have my product but I am still very dissatistfied with The Rosary Shop
If there is anything else I need to do with this complaint, please advise
