I would like to address this person's complaint by listing factsI regards to my "unfriendliness": I decreased the price of the vehicle by to help the buyer;I live in PA and went to NJ to meet him; 3) I did not take money for the temporary registration ( I simply forgot, but did not
contact the buyer to remind him, just let it go).5) The buyer called me with the title issue, I offered to help and ask him to mail the title to me, he declinedI did everything right by the PA lawsI am not this person's parent and cannot continuously solve his problemsAs for my friendliness, I disagree with the statement, however, do no think it is a crucial factorI regret that the buyer is still unsatisfied , but do not feel his problems are my responsibilityThank you

I am rejecting this response because:Regardless of his disposition, ultimately he is the car dealershipI feel that it is his responsibility to sell a vehicle with the proper paper work in orderIn my case it would be the titleFrom what I understand and have read of on Pennsylvania rules regarding the sale of a vehicle with the title, i'm not sure that he even processed that correctlyFrom what I understand the title is suppose to be signed in presence of an authorized agentAlso, showing that Section A and D being signed and notarized, in turn the title would be officially "transferred".In the state of Colorado it is standard that when a vehicle exchanges hands that the title needs to be either in the "owners" name and/or a reassignment form to go along with the title showing the transfer, which I should have received from A Impulse Auto aka Ilya to me.Ultimately after speaking with Ilya over the phone and asking for a reassignment form from Ilya(which was all that the DMV needed to allow me to get the vehicle registered in my name) he instantly got irate and said the form did not exist and said he was done wasting his time on me and hung upI called him back to try and get this resolved and his response was to mail the title back to him with $fee for him to get the title put in his name and then he would send it back to me...I did not feel comfortable with doing this after the phone conversation of him telling me he was not wasting no more of his time and hanging up on me.I do not feel that he is a professional salesman nor car dealership and would like to let the public be aware of this situation to maybe help protect them and maybe let them make sure all documents are in order before leaving his lotPossibly taking someone with them that knows the legality of these types of documents. On 01/21/car was sold for $7,+processing fee +warranty, total of $8,897- $3,she put down payment on car ,everything together came to $5,balanceWe have notarized agreement paper of *** ***'s signature on it Customer made monthly payments but always late and
she stopped making payments on 6/10/she was supposed to pay off car on 9/21/We always helped customer when she did not have money , We even changed oil for customer in credit which she never paid usWe scheduled customer appointments to come in and fix her car sits , But customer never came inFor last month we called customer, sent letters to her house ,never got respond from herWe did send papers to Repo company ,Repo company did repo car and make report to police about repoWe need from customer hole balance that its left on car $3,include late fees, plus storage fee $per day and plus repo feeCar located at repo place on Germantown aveWe offer customer pay off her balance on car We have all documentation and proof , We will be glad to attach every document to the letter
