Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] I was not aware that [redacted] showed up at our house to fix the fence once let alone twiceEither way this gate is still broken, I guess I will call another company to come and fix itIt's too bad it had to come to thisIf he did in fact show up, why didn't he leave a msg or a business card to let us know he was there? And if he did fix it, why is it still broke? If he did show up, why didn't he tell us during the numerous phone calls that we had made to him? If the warranty was up, why didn't he tell us that instead of saying he would be there the following week? Although we were happy with our fence, we are not happy with the follow through or lack ofWe will not be reffering this company to anyone
