The Rose Lady Floral & Gift Shoppe

I called and scheduled an apt. 3 days ahead of time. I asked to look at 3 cars gave them the vin numbers and info on the cars I wanted to look at told them what I had to put down and everything. when I get to the dealership they didn't have the cars on the lot, Didn't put time in to see if I was pre approved....had me test drive two cars that were way over my price range then when I asked how much the car was, he told me not to worry about it! The sale guy told me he was a busy guy! I left. This sales man called me and had the nerve to tell me he was too busy to get the cars I wanted to test drive and its not his job to work around my schedule! He told me he can't pre approve me over the phone. Other dealerships can? Why cant you? I just feel that if he couldn't do what I asked then he should have never said he could! Then to top it off, he wants me to feel bad for me wasting his time. I am not at all happy with the service I got.
