I would like to file a complaint against the Roth Firm. They have done a very poor job of communication the status of my personal injury case due to a not at fault automobile accident. They advertise they offer superior service; however that is not I have received. This case began Nov 15, 2019 and should have been settled by now. I rarely hear from the case manager Giselle. I have to call to get an update which is really not an update. They give me the run around and I am tired of it. Can someone contact them to find out what is going on. I need to ensure my medical bills incurred back in Nov 2019 have been paid. When am I going to receive a check for lost wages and pain and suffering.
Finish the job Settle my case with the at fault driver's insurance company and pay for my lost wages.

Ms. has been updated as to the status of her case, the steps that will be taken with her case going forward, and an estimated time frame as to when the case may be resolved. Ms. was provided with the direct contact information for the attorney assigned to her case and encouraged to contact the firm with any additional questions or concerns she may have. We look forward to working with Ms. to bring her a case to a satisfactory resolution.
