Hello, This is Qiutrina R M***My second window that was broken on 9/23/and reported on 9/26/was finally replaced todayHowever, The Row's Libby H [redacted] is now refusing to accept my rent due to an alledged "partial payment"; for the windowsLibby added the amount for the windows to my account and now claims they cannot process my rent unless I pay for the windows I am disputing any payments for these repairs because AIt took over a month to completeBThe original manager that was here never asked for any payment she only wanted the police report which Libby Harter has, Libby was not the manager here when the vandalism occurredChantel Woods was the Manager and Siara was the Assistant Manager and she also never asked for any payment and in fact Chantel and Libby told me as long as I made a police report there would be no chargeChantel knew my daughter was involved in this vandalismWe talked extensively about itLibby is deliberately trying to retaliate against meCIt took over a month to complete these repairs, they didn't provide any coverage for the broken windows the whole time, it was unsafe and coldI begged them for a repair date and Libby insinuated and literally stated that "my windows had been replaced and broken again, that a new broken window had occurred in my unit." Which clearly neither of these had happenedDLibby is refusing to give me the contact information for her Supervisor and the Owner, President of the Row apartmentsI asked for the record log for incoming and outgoing communication to Valley Glass about my unit between 9/26/and 11/1/Libby told me"she doesn't have to give me the requested information." Also I asked her in a public disclosure for this information also she still refused What I am asking from The Revdex.com is to help me get in contact with upper management, the President of the Row get the public disclosures requested and put a consumer beware to potential residents about the treatment of tenants by the Row staffI feel hopeless in this situationI feel that this retaliation is an attempt to adversely affect my tenancy and put me in violation of my lease

I am rejecting this response because: The Row recklessly allowed my windows to broken for over a monthI in the beginning asked if I could have the windows replaced on my own accordI was told no by managementI had broken windows for daysThis Property and Company did not try to take care of this in a timely respectful mannerWhen the windows were broken I made a very detailed police report and told The Row all employees knewI never tried to hide or deny the facts of the case and I did not in the beginning have a problem with paying for the windows when I thought that they would be fixed, I would receive proper notice and a detailed itemized statement for the repair of the windowsLibby is stating that a mistake was made by whomever ordered the windows, however I had been waiting for windows for weeks and I was being blatantly lied to and mislead about the repairsThis letter is the first time that I have ever heard that someone did not order the repairsLibby argued with me in over emails about the repairs being done and "a now broken window." Which I have asked her not to assume if she was saying I had new damage or what to which she would never really answer straight up. Libby has never apologized for the mistakes her employees made, tried to be reasonable or give me any type of understanding about what is/was actually going onShe has been along with her employees uninformative, disrespectful and unprofessional to me since she came to The Row around October 25, 2017.She is stating that I have the feedback website and phone number, but she didn't mention that she is the one that reviews those calls and emails and she is the one who responds to themShe also didn't mention that I have been asking and begging Row employees for updates on my window replacementsThe correspondence between them and the company because after weeks I knew somebody was not doing their job{Why would a glass company not want to come out and repair glass?} {when they did come out and see both broke windows why wouldn't they suggest they could do the work?}I do not now and never have believed that the window didn't get order for both replacementsI believe like Diana and Siara Row employees told me that the "Valley Glass came out and measured wrong, cam out and broke the replacement glass and my window even more, came out and repaired another units window;" and then finally after I contact Brenda at Valley Glass came out and fixed one window on October 18, according to Libby on October 25, after they were scheduled to come do the repairs on September 28,2017.I asked Brenda for the original request and she wouldn't release me that information but told me "she sent it all to The Row." Libby has received it but has stated she doesn't have to give me that information. I asked for a public disclosure for the information and she still is refusing.I asked Libby Harter and every other employee that I have spoken to and dealt with at the Row for the contact information for actual owner(s) and President of Trinity Property Consultants LLCThey all have refused to give me this informationLibby has told me "there is no owner per se." I asked for her direct supervisors name and the name her that persons superior and she gave me the website she mentioned and advised me"it will be passed back to her," I have been very specific in letting her know I want to make a complaint about her and she said she has "nothing else to say about that." The RCW that states a property has to give tenants days to repair damages was not invoked in this matterI have been notified improperly about the replacement of the windows, what I owe and how long I really have to payLibby should know thisShe is claiming to have been with this company for many years nowAnd when I have asked any other questions she refers me to my lease. Please send me a readable and printable copy of The Row and anyone representing The Row responses so I can print them off. Sincerely,

Chantel Woods was the Manager and Siara was the Assistant Manager and she also never asked for any payment and in fact Chantel and Libby told me as long as I made a police report there would be no charge.
