I was mislead and gave my credit card information for a 1-month trial to see what job opportunities would come up. Immediately following that, I ended up in physical therapy for severe back pain and I have never responded to any of the jobs that this company says it sent me. I have not been able to work, and wont be able to. In the meantime, while I was in severe pain for weeks and then physical therapy for the past 2 months, I discovered that they deducted $29.95 for September, October and November 2016 totaling $90.85 from my credit card!. I contacted my credit card company and managed to stop a deduction displayed December (as well as disputed the above charges) asking them to further assist with those few months of unauthorized deductions listed above. When I contacted SS on 12/8/16, I was told they would reimburse for December (although I had already initiated a dispute via my credit card company). I NEVER authorized these monthly deductions from my credit card. Then, upon my contact with SS, "they" decided they would "downgrade my membership to a lesser cost one, since I was a valued customer" rather than stop it all together." After receiving that response from them following my multiple emails demanding reimbursement of $90.85, I almost fell over! I went into the site and managed to stop any contacts, disabling mention of them on my end. Then, I went into read my email and I got add'l job listings from them???!!!! What is going on?!!!! Seriously?!!!
