I ordered flowers for valentines day, they were not delivered. Now won't answer phone or email I ordered flowers for my wife on February 13 to be delivered on February 14, on February 14 at approximately 7pm the flowers were still not delivered, I called the company, and spoke to a woman who seemed sympathetic to the problem saying that she would call me back with details of where they were. She never called back. Now it's February 20, and the companies voicemail box is full, and they won't answer my emails trying to get a refund. I'm not saying that this ruined valentines day, but it definitely shouldn't have been a problem to have on this day! Now if like to be refunded the $42. 79 .Desired SettlementI just want a refund of the $42.79 that I spent on the flowers and delivery charge that wasn't "delivered"!
