I was staying in the hotel I valet my car it was damage in the hotel the not willing to pay for the transportation for my car or the repairs I can't even leave to New York please help I being getting panic attack

Essentially a cab driver backed into his Mr. car in our drive way. *** car was placed in the drive way by Mr. request the night prior. He stayed an additional night due to the accident in which we comped as a good faith gesture due to his incident with the cab driver. Our manager in charge of claim has since contacted him about 30 days ago and he was working with the cab company directly and did not need additional assistance from the hotel.
