We believe that this complaint has already been addressed in the appropriate manner With details explaining our positionHowever, We will once again address [redacted] complaintPlease be advised that it does not seem appropriate nor fair to force us to answer the same complaints more than onceThis is the last response you Will receive from us regarding the same issueIf [redacted] has a complaint of a different nature, he should be file a separate complaint with details[redacted] states he has "better things to do with him time then try and beat someone out of a few dollars"Clearly, this is not the case as he has submitted his complaint twice now with the same issue which as stated above has already been answeredIn addition, We HAVE given him his free rent, pet fee and parking fee for the month promisedWe did this as a courtesy so it is unclear why [redacted] is still complainingHe mentions that he is "Not paying some sort of difference than what he paid last year" That is correct - he is not nor was he requested to.In the interest of privacy and Fair Housing Laws, we are not able to provide a statement of account from another resident however if we could do this, it would clearly show that every resident in the building, who has received a free month of rent, has received just that - RENT ONLY and not any other additional fees.In the past, it is possible that [redacted] received additional charges free as part of his free rentThat likely should not have occurred however, once discovered, we would never go back and retract thatWe have no way of knowing now what occurred back then and to be honest, that was in the pastThere could have been some kind of Special going on at the timeWe change our specials all the time depending on the market at that time.What we will inform the Revdex.com now and [redacted] is that all Leases AND renewals are very clear, stating the exact amount of free rent which is the RENT annount and no additional chargesThis is to avoid the confusion that has clearly occurred with [redacted] .As mentioned above, we are unclear why [redacted] is still complaining about this issueHe received what he requested and continues to file a complaint and not happy With the response.Lastly, We Will comment on the fact that paperWork was an issue in the past however We are now organized and communicative with all residents on this any several other issues
