This complaint is totally unfounded and a waste of everyone's timeThe contract calls for a "licensed use" agreement to act as a dealer for our product line in HoustonThey repeated the request to buy the dealership at a lower price than our $15,priceOur standard price includes: custom fixtures, $10,at RETAIL of inventory, licensed use of the name and logo, shopping bags, custom hangers and an in-person training and set up.I denied the request numerous times but told them I could sell them a "modified" versionMore basic fixtures, lower inventory amount ($6,at RETAIL) at the total price of $9,I sent them a picture of the "modified" version of the fixturesBy their own admission, they "did not look to it"I have explained this program dozens of times and quite frankly, I am tired of the explanationsI assume they feel if they make enough calls etcthat we will provide something for freeWe have provided everything promised in our agreementNothing more and nothing lessIf they wish to have their attorney call me, I will review the agreement with him or herBut speaking to them directly seems to be a waste of time

This complaint is totally unfounded and a waste of everyone's time. The contract calls for a "licensed use" agreement to act as a dealer for our product line in Houston. They repeated the request to buy the dealership at a lower price than our $15,000 price. Our standard price includes: custom fixtures, $10,000 at RETAIL of inventory, licensed use of the name and logo, shopping bags, custom hangers and an in-person training and set up.I denied the request numerous times but told them I could sell them a "modified" version. More basic fixtures, lower inventory amount ($6,000 at RETAIL) at the total price of $9,000. I sent them a picture of the "modified" version of the fixtures. By their own admission, they "did not look to it". I have explained this program dozens of times and quite frankly, I am tired of the explanations. I assume they feel if they make enough calls etc. that we will provide something for free. We have provided everything promised in our agreement. Nothing more and nothing less. If they wish to have their attorney call me, I will review the agreement with him or her. But speaking to them directly seems to be a waste of time.

This customer has a severe challenge with understanding the English language. Our company contracted with him for "modified" fixtures, reduced quantity of inventory for a total of $9,000. He was sent design drawing of the fixtures in advance of installation. When he was asked why he did not say...

something about the fixtures when he was sent a draft copy, his response was " I did not look at picture". They received ALL of the items they contracted for. I am happy to speak with their attorney to resolve this issue as I believe the language barrier is keeping them from understanding the transaction.

I am rejecting this response because:He’s telling us several time lies which are given below1.      He supposed to finish inventory and fixture by February 18, but he did not make the fixture on time, and we had to paid shop rent from our pocket. Then we gave him one month extra time to work on the fixture properly but we end-up getting wired and cheap cart board not even a fixture. Which I can easily buy for only 300 dollars. He took my one month for this card board making not even make similar fixture as shown in picture. And We lose our so much money in 1 month time frame. He did not commit what he said. He said, “The Ruffled Bum, LLC. It appears that are having difficulty getting all of the products finished on time so the schedule for completion is the first week of March”.2.      Second lie—beginning he demand only 12,000 dollars and after he show him what he says on magazine and on he demand their 10,000 dollar, so he agreed on 10,000 dollar with exact fixture and all inventory as shown in picture. 3.      Third lie-- we received fixture which is not a fixture it just a cart board. He install cart board incorrectly and all tapes from side are coming off and there are so many bums as well, you can easily seen in picture (which I am attaching u in the file) And which card board (fixture) does not look like as he shown in picture. 4.      Fourth lie-- In handout wholesale price he mention of each dress $20 and suggest retail price 39.95. He saying he sell me the merchandise all in retail price and he want me to sell the retail price to retail price to customer. Basically I am making 0 profit. Also he mention 65% of profit of margin as he said on his magazine. Than where is my 65% profit margin if I buy all to him retail price. 5.      Fifth lie—He came to Houston to install the fixture, when I showed him his calculation of merchandise which he calculated wrong and he did not have any answer of my question. He agrees and sign on the paper and wrote 1,000 dollar is missing. After few days later, he contradicts to his statement. I was send him email and e-mail to send our 1,000 dollar inventory and after few days later he send me the incomplete inventory of $428.3 not even 1,000. And he send me wrong inventory that stuff we did not order. He send all the Christmas dress which we don’t need it. I send him an e-mail you send us wrong delivery that stuff we don’t want it. But he did not replay to my email and not attend my phone call. Few days later, he said your thousand dollar is complete. I feel like I been cheated so many times by this person.  Here is the list of all the merchandise and what he owe. he send me a delivery along with fixture; here is the list and what he owe.Clothing inventory $2,209.94Embroidery machine brother PE525 is $3002 mannequins $ 100 (50 dollar each mannequins = 100)Cart board fixture $300 (low quality and not even similar as shown in picture, only it 3 cart board not even a designed fixture)hanger and shopping bags $100all total stuff he sent us is $3,009.94He owe our balance of $ 5,990.06 After so many negative feedback and does not seems to understand, we contact Revdex.com to help to resolve our issue.
