We bought a bed that was already made (paid by e-transfer the total right away to secure the bed) I told them numerous times we don't live on the island and that my parents would be coming to pick it up - minutes before they're picking it up (after I emailed them another heads-up) they tell me that the bed was ruined in the storm They said they would make a new one and ship it no later than Monday that was Nov- everyday I sent an email that was either unanswered or answered in a response as "people are waiting on their beds since january They FINALLY sent me a picture of the new bed..AND it's the wrong bed in the COMPLETELY wrong stain They say they're finishing another one and this will be shipped out ThursdayI send a message waiting for a response and nothing for days - finally answers tells me it's been shipped and that the company doesn't offer tracking #'s - I send her a print screen weeks ago of her saying THEY DOThey finally send me a waybill dated for YESTERDAY The Bed finally arrives with nothing to even put it together

Received our table late and with many cancelled deliveries...usually last minute. Finnally received the table. It was gorgeous for 2 weeks and then it started cracking and bowing. Finnally got a hold of them. Finnally told me we would get our money back if I paid to get the table shipped back.
When they received the table I got a sincere appology. Apparently this was due to bad wood they purchased and it had only happened once or twice before. Then they made me wait for my money. We're talking weeks. More screened phone calls. My voice mail messages were promptly answered with vague responses. I did finally get most of my money back.
