We have received his request for cancelling this week and have promptly cancelled his accountWe cannot find the original note he says he wrote to us this spring asking to cancel.
We have a full time customer service crew and pride ourselves on working with our customers and
promptly responding to their needs and requestsWe certainly are not in the business of ignoring and refusing refunds.
