Mr. [redacted] brought his 5th wheel trailer in for repair. He damaged the roof. We wrote the estimate and sent in to the insurance company for approval. We got approval to make repairs. Mr. [redacted] asked that we not start the repair that he had...
some trips that he wanted to take before. So as he requested we didn't start repairs until after he took his trips. By doing this other jobs came in bumping Mr. [redacted] in line. Also as we all know we had a lot of rain. We couldn't get Mr. [redacted] in the shop to start repairs do to having others in the shop torn down and couldn't go outside in the rain. We took precautions on Mr. [redacted]'s 5th wheel to keep water out. Mr. [redacted]'s 5th wheel is in the shop and being repaired. As he know when he brought it in for repair we are a 1 man shop doing the work or a 15 man shop. His repair isn't taking longer then normal. As for $860.59 that is for solar tat he purchased and the insurance check. Also when you have a storage place to store a trailer or what ever storage doesn't stop because you take it out to use it or take it for repairs. We are sorry that Mr. [redacted] isn't happy with the time it is taking to make his repairs. He just needs to be a little more patient.

My unit has been there 9 months many units have been in and and out of the shop. I should not be paying for storage due to company's inadequate service. I terminated the storage agreement 3 months ago. I only took the trailer out for 2 weeks one time in Oct 2015. I have been promised time and time again that my trailer would be ready. I have been patient, now the BB needs to protect my rights and rights of others. The insurance company has been put off time and time again enough is enough. I want my money returned and my trailer so that I can get the repairs completed. Or I want the trailer fixed now. [redacted]
