correct material list the parts where gathered and boxed up and shipped to him UPS.His product issue has been addressed, The RV Factory was willing able and ready to address Mr. [redacted] issue with his RV for him.

I will accept a response when the company includes their agreement to pay for the installation of said parts, in writing, in the response. When I spoke to [redacted], he indicated they were sending the parts but balked when I asked them to pay for the installation as well. I just want it in writing, whichever route they are taking.

In response to Mr. [redacted] electrical issue the RV Factory will obtain a service center for Mr. [redacted] to have the installation he is asking for to be completed at the expense of the RV Factory with a Service center set up by the RV Factory for the install. All warranty repairs will be made for Mr. [redacted] coach that he has inquired of.

It is worth noting that they completely refused to acknowledge their responsibility in this matter until I created this Revdex.com complaint. They told me it was my fault. The fact they are willing to accept responsibility now that the matter is public speaks volumes about their commitment to their customers. I expect them to find a better service center than the one they gave me previously (who could not handle the big repairs). I reserve the right to re-open this complaint should they falter on the claim again.

I spoke with Mr. [redacted] via telephone on X-XX-XX and we are working to resolve all of his warrant-able concerns. Noting that some of his concerns i.e. the refrigerator and generator are not covered by The RV Factory's...
1 year limited warranty but by the manufacturer of the component itself. Mr [redacted] is scheduled with those manufacturers to have those concerns addressed. Attached is email correspondence with Mr. [redacted] acknowledging the call and our plan to resolve his concerns. Mr. [redacted] spoke with [redacted] at the Revdex.com of Fort Wayne and informed her we had made contact with Mr. [redacted] to resolve his concerns. The customer requested the Revdex.com close the complaint
