The RV Guy

Hired *** The RV Guy to replace 21 ft awning and hardware on my travel trailer. Paid him $1450 in advance for him to order awning/hardware on Oct 26, 2019. His wife, ***, said awning would arrive in approximately 2 weeks. After about 30 days, I started trying to contact them via phone, text, and social media on his FB page The Cajun RV Guy wth no response for approximately 30 days. Complained on social media and received a call from *** on December 14 stating awning arrived damaged and would be delivered in 2 weeks. On January 17, I informed them via text that I would be filing a complaint with Revdex.com and *** responded that they would arrive on January 26 to install awning. They did not show up and have heard nothing from them. I have requested proof that awning was ordered or a picture of awning to which I get no response.
