I am for the most part happy with Rx AdvocatesWhen I call, no one answers the phone but asks me to leave a message Eventually they return the call but certainly not at my convenienceA couple of months ago the monthly charge went from $to $with no warning or notice
I think the monthly charge of $is too high

This is a wonderful organization that is focused on helping people maintain their health and well being by making their needed medications affordableThey helped me get a $medicine for $a monthWithout them, I would be unable to afford a critical medicineThey are fast and efficient and if I could give them a higher rating, I would!

I don't believe I can say enough wonderful things about this organizationThrough an event with cancer and ;losing my job to end up on disability lead me to The RX Advocates I was in tears that I could not afford my bi-polar bedsThis is a very hard place to be in when you don't have your meds Everyone I have worked with has not hung up that phone till every question was answered Would call and make sure I had gotten the paperwork and it was processingWould call and make sure my meds had come in This is the best organization for what they doKind, compassionate and caring

I have been ordering from this company and think they very prompt and give great service

RX Advicate have been my life saver. I was unable to afford my insulins. They made it possible for me to purchase the medication. They have been a delight to work with. They are curtious and helpful no mater who is helping you. I appreciate RX Advocate for their help

It's so wonderful what they have done for me. What a great place they are.I keep thinking about what they have done for me. I have no problems with them. I recommend them very highly.

I am retired and on a fixed income. My prescriptions were so expensive that I was about to stop taking them when I found RX Advocates. Thanks to them I have been able to stay on my medicines and stay healthy. I really don't know what I would have done without them.

Could not afford my medications if not for RX Advocates .They have been very helpful to me.Inhalers are almost as much as my checks .Lyric has help my nerve damage so much ! But could not get through my insusrance .

Customer Service Representatives are very helpful. They listen well, and explain how the system works so customers understand. I have been pleased with everyone with whom I have spoken.

The Rx Advocates have been very good and professional in assisting me with my medication. They have my medication on time and have save me hundreds of dollars. I would not be able to take the medication because I could not afford.

I applied with this company in August 2016, paid and application fee and for one month supply of medicine, I was asked to submit more papers which I did, then received a phone call from my Doctors office stating that the manufacturer had turn me down because of lack of paperwork. I told them that I had submitted all papers that was requested and that they had been taking money out of my account. I requested my money be returned and was told that they would have to receive a denial notice from the manufacturer before they would return my money. Want recommend them to anyone after this.

My experience . whenever I have a question they respond . If I have to leave a voicemail they always respond in a short amount of time. Always conduct themselves in a professional manner .
