Totally A Rip Off Company
Made mistake of calling RX Advocates to help with meds. They charged credit card for admin charges and 2 meds that day before they even sent paperwork to me. My doctor has not approved and signed to return their paperwork. I called and ask why they charged and has not received approval from doctor, I guess I can ask for any meds since they don't need approval paperwork. Tried to get credit card corrected so they could charge when they sent meds after receiving all the approved paperwork. Offered to keep admin charge on card but they refused. Said they would cancel my membership with no refund. If you want a place to rip you off I highly recommend RX Avocates.

Rip off
I was told if I canceled before receiving my meds that I would get a reimbursement. I got 0! Out 105 bucks and nothing to show for it.

Great help
They saved me thousands of dollars on my victoza and tresiba. The process was long, but I'm thankful for their help.

You Do Not Need Rx Advocates... If you know how to do your own paperwork!!!
Had to report to the BBB on this company due to them taking $835 from me in the past year and I received my medication only the first time. The RX advocates actually get in the way when you go through the Pfizer company.
There was paperwork needed that they never bothered to contact me about. Then after that was figured out they then once again didn't have everything needed to be sent to them. I was way out of the loop. Didn't know anything until I personally received papers from Pfizer NOT RX ADVOCATES!
Then I personally had to call Pfizer to get every thing fixed myself. so I could finally after 6 months receive my medication correctly.
When you first find them online searching things like Good RX coupons you think they are the reason you get your medication for a good price. Here you pay a monthly fee of $60 to have them "not" even do your paperwork for you. That is all they do...and they do not even do that much.
It is a huge scam and I'm sure they take advantage of elderly people all the time. They are a fraud! You can contact the manufactures and see if they have programs like Pfizer that you may qualify for. All you have to do is take papers you print out online to your doctor and then they fax it to the manufacture.
You will need a clear copy of some things like your ID to enroll for the financial assistance but its easy to do or have some family member do for you. You will have to re-enroll every year through a financial program to see if you qualify for the assistance. You can get your medication for FREE! You do not need RX Advocates!
They did not even contact me when I was to re-enroll and it lapsed. It really messed things up for me!
They were of no help at all!
You Do Not Need Them! They Do Not Do Their Job Even If You Do Need Help With Paperwork!
