The Rx Helper

All of the representatives are professional and helpful. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Justin and we were able to cover a lot of issues including refilling a prescription. I have another medication that Rx Helper doesn't cover and believe me, I wish they did because the hoops I have had to jump through, are frustrating. Keep up the good work!

I BEGAN THE PAPERWORK FOR MY MOM ON 1/6/2023. ALL PAPERWORK WAS FAXED WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE PHYSICIAN'S PAPERWORK. I WAS EXPECTED TO NOTIFY THE PHYSICIAN THAT THE FORM WAS COMING AND TO FAX IT BACK IMMMEDIATLY. THEY DIS SO ON 1/10/23 AT 10;30 A.M. THE RX HELPER NEVER NOTIFIED MEE IF THEY HAD RECEIVED OUR PAPERWORK OR THE DOCTORS. I CALLED THEM AGAIN ON 1/23 SINCE I HAD NOT HEARD ANYTHING . THEY CLAIM THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THE DOCTORS FAX FOR THE SECOND TIME. I CALLED THE PHYSICIANS OFFICE AND AGAIN WAS TOLD IT HAD BEEN FAXED. THEY FAXED IT AGAIN FOR THE 3RD TIME ON 1/27/2023. YOU GOT IT --THE COMPANY DID NOT RECEIVETHE DOCTORS FAX AGAIN. WE ASKED TO CANCEL AND WERE TOLD WE HAD TO FORFEIT THE 110.00 FOR JANUARY---NO MONEY--NO MEDICATION--NOTHING THE MONTHLY PAYMENT IS FOR THE COMPANY TO PROCESS THE PAPERWORK ON YOUR BEHALF. THEY CERTAINLY DID NOT IN THIS CASE. MY MOM IS ON A FIXED INCOME AND IS NOW OUT 110.00 WITH NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT--THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE HELPING THE LOW INCOME PEOPLE! HA HA HA

When I found this company I was excited as the cost of my medication was very expensive. I was under the impression from their website that I could cancel at any time for a full refund. I enrolled but my doctor did not submit a prescription. Months went by. My doctor never submitted an order. He was nervous about the company. When I went to cancel they said they would decrease my monthly payment if I stayed. Strange they didn’t offer that price at first. Since I couldn’t get an order from my doctor I cancelled expecting to be refunded over $200. They said in the contract it said I had to cancel in the first 30-60 days! It was written and I didn’t see it. I asked why I wasn’t informed by a customer service agent that I was being charged each month never getting any meds and at this point not able to be refunded. They said it was in the contract and it was my problem if I didn’t see it. They are not upfront with their service and payment plan. Beware!

The prices RX offered for insulin were great. But they never got me the discount because they said the paperwork was not submitted correctly. I thought they were supposed to help with the paperwork - that is part of what Im paying them for! And they started charging me even before they provided the service. So I paid into this for several months with no benefits. Then my own insurance started covering the insulin, so I tried to cancel the RX subscription. Long hold times. They say to enter # on your phone for a callback instead of waiting on hold. They never called me back, and I was cut off twice. Was charged an extra month because I couldnt get through to them. Not pleased at all with their lack of service.

They were a help to me since I went in the donut hole and could not afford my meds There is a lot of paperwork that I could not have done myself without the help of my family It took alittle longer than I liked but I did receive much needed meds Thanks The employees were always very helpful

I applied to the rx helper they told me it would take weeks to complete the process I submitted every document that they requested and was send a denial letter saying I was still enrolled with state insurance which by their own guildlines means my membership should have been cancelledThey continued to ask for paperwork that I had already submittedand after months I requested to be removed from the programThey never did get back to me on my cancellationThat was months agoafter not paying for the program for months they suddenly charge my card as if I am still a memer I do not understand how they can charge me for a service they are not providingI NEVER received any medication so why should they charge me dollars for a service that I have NEVER received anything fromTHEY ARE A SCAM WAKE UP PEOPLE THEY DO NOT HELP PEOPLE DO NOT USE THEM!! When you use the prompt sends you to new membership and when you ask for customer service they say I am transferring you now and then it hangs upAnd the thing is how can I submit a cancellation request if they kept repeating they never received my paperwork which I faxed over times

Rx Helper got me through a tough financial time Costs were reasonable and customer service was great

At the time I discovered RX Helper I could barely afford the most important medications at times I was goimg to 4,,different places just to get a better price, a friend of mine told me to about online help if you qualified, so I started with her first suggestion RX Helper it was so simple I told them all my medications and after strokes I have more than a fewIt didn't take long at all and my monthly payment was so low for these four,five and eight hundred dollars medicinesI started receiving them days at a time, they took a great weight of my shoulders and handled it all all I did was answer questions and sign papers that we mailed to me and my doctorPlease before you go with out your medications give them a call, a low monthly paymentIf anything changes with medications in the future I will definitely call them back

The Rx Helper did indeed help me I am very thankful for their services They were very good to offer me the means to obtain the medications that I could not afford to buy on my own I no longer need to take these medications, but if I do, I will contact them again Thanks again for your help and support

I found this company to make the process more difficult They said I would have and answer and meds on the way 1/weeks after sending in the paperwork weeks later I did not have anything I did all the footwork and filled out everything All they did was mail in the paperwork I have been harassed daily saying that documents are missing when they have all the paperwork I have had tracking numbers every time I send something via U.S.P.S because I had a feeling something would go wrong You have to call to find out exactly what was missing and they say the RX was written correctly I have asked for a manager everyday for the last days to not get a phone call until today when I call to cancel the program I missed the phone call my two seconds I hit accept phone call to the person no longer there I try to call back and now they are closed I have received no help and as of tomorrow weeks into the program I still have no medications Oh and the person I finally got on the phone last week treated me like I was trash because I had to ask for help getting my medications They are $a month medications I'm sorry I need help if I want to stay on this drug

The RX Helper really helped meI have arthritis and needed to take a very expensive injection once per month! Without Rx Helper I would not have been able to afford that medication and my arthritis would of been out of control! Michael went the extra mile to make sure I continued to get my injection monthly! I appreciate Michael for his compassion * help!
